Cancellation and Consultation Rescheduling Policy

1. Notice Period: To allow us to efficiently manage our schedule and accommodate the needs of other clients, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation.
2. Cancellation Fee: In the event that you are unable to provide the required notice and need to cancel your consultation, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. This fee helps us cover the costs associated with the reserved time and resources that were allocated for your consultation.
3. How to Cancel or Reschedule: To cancel or reschedule your consultation, please send an email to [jodicollins0043@gmail.com]. We will promptly process your request and confirm the changes.
4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If you find yourself in such a circumstance, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation with flexibility and understanding.
5. Multiple Cancellations: Frequent cancellations may impact our ability to serve you and other clients effectively. In the case of multiple cancellations, we reserve the right to request pre-payment for future consultations.
6. Late Arrivals: We strive to provide the full allotted time for each consultation. If you arrive late, your consultation may be shortened to avoid impacting the consultations scheduled after yours.
7. Refunds: Cancellation fees are non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding of the time and resources invested in preparing for your scheduled consultation
